International Cocoa Awards 2009
KEY POINTS
The first Edition celebrated in 2009 focused on the samples from Latin America and the Caribbean. Fourty samples were prepared into chocolate for presentation to the jury of theInternational Cocoa Awards.
The selected categories were cocoa aroma, sweetness and five flavour descriptors (fruity, floral, nutty, spicy and woody).
