9:30 am - 10:00 am (CEST) - Welcome and Seating (We strongly recommend morning arrival. Seating is limited and the day begins at 09:30 AM)

10:00 am - 11:00 am  (CEST) - Asia and the Pacific Award Show

11:00 am - 12:00 pm (CEST) - Africa and the Indian Ocean Award Show

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm (CEST)  - South America Award Show

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm (CEST) - Central America and the Caribbean Award Show

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm (CEST) - The Seguine Cacao Auction, brought to you by Chocoa + Daarnhouwer Co., and Cacao of Excelllence.

In--person: Purchase a 1, 2 day or 3 day pass to the Chocoa Trade Fair and gain access to all 4 ceremony events, plus the Seguine Cacao Auction, within the 'Effectenbeurszaal' room, of the Beur Van Berlage Convention Centre during the Chocoa Trade Fair.

Live translation for in-person attendees

Guests attending onsite can listen to live interpretation in multiple languages through a mobile translation application.

To use the service:

• Bring your smartphone 
• Bring earphones or headphones!
• Scan the QR code displayed on the screen at the start of each regional ceremony 
• Insert the token once the "INTERPREFY" application opens: 17446SE2
• Select your preferred language

No special equipment is required beyond your phone and earphones (please bring your own).

Instructions will be displayed on the big screen at the onset of each ceremony.
