Are you an experienced cacao, bean-to-bar chocolate professional keen on learning about the cacao processing standards and protocols we abide by AND wanting to gain exposure to the incredible DIVERSITY of beans we receive from around the world? Do you want to strengthen your knowledge of cacao bean analysis and processing using stringent science-based approaches?

Join our lab team for a training by reaching out to our lab lead, Sebastian (S.Escobar@cgiar.org) and submitting your professional profile in English, French or Spanish. This is a unique experience in uncovering the vast flavour and mystery of the beloved cacao bean.  Registration is open until OCTOBER 15 2024.

  • Basic cacao processing experience
  • 1-month minimum stay
  • Cover own expenses
