Very light yellowish-brown colour with soft mouth melt. Caramel and panela plus fresh nuts dominate the flavour profile along with a gentle velvety astringency. Chocolate note is mild and joined by mild fresh dark and yellow fruits along with a pleasant white raisin character. Long caramel/nut finish.
