We have developed a Spanish, French and English checklist for cacao bean submissions for the 2023 edition of the Cacao of Excellence awards.

We are gearing up for the 2023 edition of the Cacao of Excellence awards!

To submit your cocoa bean samples to Cacao of Excellence, you must first coordinate with your National Organisation Committee.

We have developed a checklist in Spanish, French and English with full details on:

  • How to ship your cacao bean samples
  • Where to ship them
  • When you should ship them by: (January 31st, 2023)! 

Each cacao bean sample shipment must contain the following: 

  1. All cacao bean samples and associated Excel Data Forms
  2. Registration fees for each sample submitted
  3. Agreement confirmed on the use of each sample
