To submit your cocoa bean samples to Cacao of Excellence, you must first coordinate with your National Organisation Committee.

We have developed a checklist in Spanish, French and English with full details on:
- How to ship your cacao bean samples
- Where to ship them
- When you should ship them by: (January 31st, 2023)!
Each cacao bean sample shipment must contain the following:
- All cacao bean samples and associated Excel Data Forms
- Registration fees for each sample submitted
- Agreement confirmed on the use of each sample
